I started blogging, aka writing online, in 2004, at a website I called In the Transition. This is an archive of my posts which focused mainly on my love of consciousness, and some years of personal coaching and spiritual advising. Yes, my ideas and opinions have changed. It’s likely I might disavow a good chunk of what you can find here! But alas, the point of life is to learn, grow, and sometimes change, so I leave it here as is.
